Subscribers may cancel the subscription anytime after the agreement. Deposit of P5,000 will not be refunded and the process will take 15 days to pull out the machine.

Within seven (7) days after receiving the coffee machine, we will replace a new one if ever machine has manufacturing defects subject to evaluation.

Coffai Coffee machine uses either coffee beans or ground coffee, as long as the ground coffee is a medium or coarse grind.

The machine will be under a 12 months service warranty and repairs, and free replacement of parts if ever the machine needs one.

Yes, If you live within Calabarzon and Central Luzon, we can still deliver your machine for free by schedule.

You can pay the machine through either of the following: Cash, Bank Transfer, Post-Dated Check, Gcash, and Credit Cards.

Basically, to acquire the machine you need to settle the 5,000 Down Payment + 2,880 1st Month Payment upon delivery, then 2,880 for 11 months. You’ll receive a free 12 months supply of freshly roasted coffee beans delivered for free.

You can contact us anytime even after your 12 month subscription in the event that the machine needs repairs and maintenance. You just need to pay for the parts and/or service fees.

We have 8 kinds of blends available - all Arabica blend, Medium to Medium-Dark Roast with different notes.

You are free to choose your own kind of blend though we just encourage you to use our own beans.

Yes, all vital parts of the machine are available to us. So if your machine needs one, we can help you replace any parts of the machine.
